Happy Wednesday, everyone!

Do you remember when I created this?

I used lots of my scrap goodies to create some Valentine home decor back in January...with full intentions to eventually turn it into a layout!  

 And here's what I came up with...

I used lots of Studio Calico goodies and some awesome Heidi Swapp embellishments.  The patterned paper is one of my favorites from Maggie Holmes.

This layout has a little bit of everything I love...die cuts, ampersands, a doily, arrows, bling, ink splotches, and of course, one of my absolute all time favorite family photos!  :)

I have my Week 13 Project Life spread to share with you today...

It was a wild week and it all started with a little debit card fraud...and I'm still trying to get it all squared away and figured out.  I was at the bank three times, ugh!!!!  On a happier note, I got my new dishwasher installed and the sun decided to finally shine!  I think spring is on it's way...

Avery and I took a couple "nature walks" this week...she led the way and found all sorts of fun things!  

We even got to sneak in a little fishing on Saturday, which is always a good thing :)

The boys played in the woods and built their first official fort.  They were so proud of themselves!

I used lots of the new Midnight Edition from AC Digitals for this week's spread...I am in love with that collection!

They delivered our shed materials on Saturday, despite the muddy conditions.  My hubby had to break out the tractor to get the semi un-stuck...twice...

I also used LOTS of goodies from Come On Get Crafty's online shop and the rest of my March Project Life kit from Studio Calico.

I also had quite a few great captures from Easter so I decided to put them in another 12x12 page protector as an insert.  I printed off some of my favorite shots in 4x6 and 4x4 sizes and just slipped them in the pockets.  I also added a title and journaling card on the front...

I also added in that adorable "You're A Good Egg" filler card from LifeLovePaper.com and misted it with some Mister Huey's for a little pop.

Lily Bee Blog Hop

Hi there, Lily Bee fans! It's time for a blog hop to showcase the talents of our new design team!




Our blog hop continues with this week's theme of Spring / Easter projects!  I decided to create some Easter-inspired home decor for this hop...

I have two frames (an 8x10 and a 5x7) that I like to use to showcase seasonal home decor around my home.  I love to use my paper crafting supplies to make simple, seasonal decorations that my family and I can enjoy!

For these framed art pieces, I cut out an egg and bunny design using my Silhouette Cameo.  I used the "negative" of the cutout designs and placed strips of paper from the Sweet Shoppe and Pinwheel collections behind them on a separate sheet of card stock.  It couldn't have been easier!  For the bunny's tail, I used a small scalloped punch and a small brad to add some dimension to the bunny silhouette.  I also took a white gel pen and added "stitches" all around the bunny shape for more of a handmade look.

I also used a small flower-shaped punch and some enamel dots to add a few flowers to some of the eggs in the larger frame.  I wanted to keep the design simple, but bright and colorful.

I'm so excited to be working with the following designers for the next year! Puddle Jumper

Happy Monday, everyone!

It's been snowing here since yesterday afternoon which makes it really hard to get great spring photos of the kids playing outside!  I did have a few shots of Avery jumping in mud puddles from last year so I dug them up and put them on this layout that is up on the Lily Bee blog today...

For this layout, I used paper and embellishments from the Sweet Shoppe and Pinwheel collections.
