I honestly don't know how I got this week completed. We are in the middle of a basement overhaul, it's the last week of school for the kiddos (which means a ton of activities), my husband is finally in the field, and I had to move my entire craft room into the dining area so I can continue on with my various DT commitments and scrap projects. I'm admitting that I might have taken on little too much....but, I just need to get through the next two weeks and life should be a lot smoother. At least that's what I keep telling myself :)
Here's a look at my Project Life spread for Week 19...
I used one of the 4x6 filler cards from SC's Planetarium Project Life Kit and embossed "Week 19" using my heat gun and some white embossing powder. I forget how much I love to emboss, especially white on a bright, bold color.
My oldest son and I went on a little adventure with his fifth grade class on Wednesday to a local historical site so I added a few of my favorite photos from the day inside of the foldable filler card (see below).
We got our staircase completed this week...long story, but I love how it turned out!
And here's the left side of my PL spread...
I didn't have a ton of photos to use this week so I added in a few extra filler cards that I misted, stamped, and embellished to help enhance my color scheme throughout my spread.
My mom, sister, and I spent Saturday in St. Louis at the Missouri Botanical Gardens. It was a fabulous girl's day with such beautiful scenery and a fantastic sushi lunch at Cafe Mochi.
Here's a shot of the right side of my spread...
And here's my full spread for the week of May 6th - May 12th...
I hope you have a wonderful day and TFL!
