Happy Friday, folks!
I over on the Gossamer Blue
blog today showcasing my Summer 2014 Instax Mini Album...
I broke out my trusty ol' Instax camera at the beginning of the summer season and have been capturing some of our favorite summer adventures through its lens.
We are spending time in Kansas and in Illinois this summer due to my husband's job. It's been a great reason to explore, meet new people, see new places, and enjoy every second of this wonderful summer season together.
We are staying at a campground in Louisburg, KS that has ponies, a donkey, a playground, a lake, and plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy. I made a lot of vellum pockets throughout my album to house the small Instax photos. This made it a bit more interactive and easy for me to create pages ahead of time and to place photos in later.
Summer for me is about keeping it simple, so I kept this album as simple as I could...
I used the
July kits from Gossamer Blue for my album. It's sized at 4x6 and I used a lot of 3x4 journal cards from the Life Pages kits on many of my pages.
Summer isn't over yet, so I made a few extra pages that I'll add into my album later.
I hope you're summer is going great so far. I'm enjoying every bit of it and wishing it wasn't going by so fast. Thanks for stopping by today and have a great weekend!
