Happy Friday friends! This week has flown by, hasn't it? I guess that's what happens when the week starts off with a holiday :)
I recently scored a vintage typewriter, so of course I had to make a page about it! It's a Royal 440, is in fairly decent condition, and worked right off the bat!
Here's my take on this week's Sunday Sketch from SC...
I took the sketch (see below) and turned it to the left. I used lots of left over SC goodies and some great washi tape from Freckled Fawn.
I'm so happy I got to use my vintage typewriter wood veneers from Studio Calico...I just love them!
I misted my background patterned paper with some Mister Huey's Opaque White and then layered around my strip of photos with various papers, washi, and pretties.
I hope you have a great weekend! TFL :)
Such an awesome page. You rock the layers!!

DeleteOhmygoodness. Your pages are just stunning. I don't even know what else to say. I'm so glad Lauren highlighted one of your pages at One Story Down so I could track you down and now stalk your blog. :D
ReplyDeleteThanks, Kimberlee! Stalk all you want! xo
DeleteYour blog is worth stalking, as Kimberlee said.
ReplyDeleteAnd this is a wonderful layout on so many levels.
That typewriter is to die for...only a little jealous here.
The layers on your around your photo strip add so much depth and texture and bring great focus to the pictures.
Nicely done...again!

Thank you, Jamie! I feel like I could totally become a typewriter collector! They're just so unique and cool! I actually used it yesterday for an upcoming layout for FF! Can't wait to share it on here! xo
